HOW TO WRITE PETITION? CRMINAL LAW

First of all let me tell you what's the role of a petition- Petitions are often used in an appeal in which the petition to appeal states why the legal issues surrounding a case should be reviewed by another court.

Here's the format of a petition-

2. MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH : Facts of the case and Question(s) of Law.
