How to write seat withdraw application for reap?

For withdrawing the seat you have to write an application for the withdrawal and submit to the college of final reporting, Candidates who have reported in the first or second round and are not satisfied with the present seat allotted to them can withdraw from the admission by surrendering the seat allotted to them at the latest college of reporting. They may again register as a new candidate in the third round with filling of fresh choices from the list of vacant seats. Refund of fee deposited by the candidate shall be governed by the AICTE rule.
