How was today's gate Councelling of ts pgcet , what students have submitted if the PCC , CMM are with the collge,as of now No rembrsment ?

The college has to issue CMM and PCC before the counselling, if it fails to do so, the college will give request letter for CMM and PCC delay for the student to attend the counselling, and with this letter he has to attend counselling with duplicate certificates.
