How we can become ca after 12th
Hi. here we've discussed few steps to become a Chartered Accountant.
Step 1: Students must be aware of the fact that there 10+2 subjects have a great role to play in their career prospects. In case of chartered accountancy , commerce students are required to complete 10+2 with an aggregate of 50 per cent marks from a a recognized board. Students of commerce without math are required to complete 10+2 with an aggregate of 55 per cent marks.
Step 2: After passing your class 10+2 exams, you can enroll in an ICAI foundation course. Since enrolling in the foundation course , you must study for at least four months before taking the foundation test.
Step 3: Students may enroll in an intermediate course without first passing a foundation test. Candidates who have finished their graduation or post-graduation in commerce subjects with an aggregate of 55 per cent will enroll in the intermediate course right away. Candidates who have finished their graduation or post-graduation in non-commerce subjects with an aggregate of 60 per cent may register in the intermediate course directly at the institute.
Step 4: Chartered accountants must complete a four-week special training course called the Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS). This is achieved after the intermediate test and before the articled instruction begins.
Step 5: After passing the IPCC test, students must complete three years of preparation or articleship under the supervision of a certified chartered accountant or CA. A certified chartered accountant must have 10 to 15 years of experience. He or she should have no more than eight papers writing for them.
Step 6: Students must complete a four-week Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills as part of the final course (AICITSS). This happens before the final test but during the articled training phase. After finishing articled training or within the last six months of the training cycle, the student will take the final test. Most who pass the exam become chartered accountants and are licensed with the ICAI.
