Here you have not mentioned of which subject you are asking for to solve new questions . Still first of all you have to go through your subject deeply with each chapters and suppose it if it is maths then first of all learn all the formulas and then solve some solved example related to that chapter and then go to solve new questions and if it is physics then also do the same but as it carry long questions then you have to read the question properly dividing into two - three parts and then solve it .

In order to solve a new question, it is very important for us  to know what is being actually asked in the question. We must understand its language and meanwhile we should analyze what are the hidden information within it. We should be able to get a picture of everything that is required to solve it. Once we click the concepts required we ould be able to solve it instantly.
