I would request you to please mention what you have bought from where in the comment box because only after that I will be to provide more accurate information regarding the case of refund.
Considering the refund you are talking about is of college fees which is given at the time of counselling. So, if you have given your fees and accepted the seat and if you haven't take final admission in that college and claimed your refund within the specific period of time provided by the college then you would surely get your refund after deducting a certain amount of cancellation.
Universities like manipal they deduct a considerable amount of money if not claimed early.
