The counselling for admission to IITs and NITs and CFTI's is done via central agency called JoSAA and it accounts for our paper 2 score and base on your choices the counselling is done.So you need to participate in JoSAA counselling after JEE advanced result is declared to get admission in B arch courses in IITs and NITs and other CFTI's.
