I assume that you are asking for UG level programmes in Medicine and allied areas.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the gateway to any MBBS/BDS programe in all medical colleges in India (except for AIIMS and JIPMER). You will need to to be in 50th percentile or above in the merit list of NEET to be able to participate in any counselling process for admission to MBBS/BDS programme. The admission to AIIMS and JIPMER is conducted through separate entrance exam administered by the respective institutions.
