It's a good private medical college. TMSS Medical College today is the largest private institution in Northern Bangladesh dedicated exclusively to educating health care professionals and biomedical scientists.
The college serves 130 students each session in its Graduate Studies. The college has a 12 storied academic building with adequate facilities and a new academic building of TMC is under construction. The attached TMSS Medical College & Rafatullah Community Hospital is a tertiary care referral medical facility and provides excellent training to students and junior doctors. The Hospital has arrangements for 750 inpatients. The construction of1000 bedded hospital is in progress and is well equipped .
