Hoy many chances of Placement ??

On campus placement is quite easier and opportunistic than off campus placements.

For placement the first basic thing is day or luck or destiny, which should be  must in favor, but it is not in your control. For this you just have to pray and keep hope.

So there are things which are in your hand and which you can do it by yourself and they are:-

Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and English, these three things are generally asked in written by every companies. So you need to have good command on them, which will just by practice and facing tests.

A good communication skills. Nowadays many companies especially multi national companies, prefer this more than any technical skills. I am not you need communicate like a professional, but communicate like it is understandable and appreciable by others.

Knowledge about surroundings. Some companies have discussions in their selection process and the topics of GD are from current topics and news. So you need to have basic awareness what is going on in the world.

Technical skills. It is not important to have command every subjects that you learn in your semesters, but you should have command on 2 or 3 subjects, so that you can answer any questions from those. Generally interviewer asks you which subject is your best or you prefer the most.

Learn by the company. It means prepare yourself by the company. Like if the company is for IT recruitment then concentrate more on IT related subjects, if it is for core concentrate on core related subjects.

H.R interview. Prepare yourself for some basic questions like Tell me about yourself? etc. etc.

Last but very essential always keep a smile on your face and be active at the time of interview.
