Sorry.A student who passed in both written exam and practical exam can only write JEE main examination.please do rewrite the exam and earn a good score and appear for jee main next time.
no you cant apply for jee main you have to be cleared in all your subjecta untill and unless you have back in one subject you will not be able to apply for jee main exam. all the best.
