Hello usha,
From the official notification released by the NTA, the minimum percentile need to get into the NITs for general category is above 93 percentile and for backward categories to will reduces to 88 for obc and 70 for sc and st.
So these are the minimum percentile you need to score according to your category.
But since these are a calculations, you need to maintain atlest 3 to 4 percentile more than expected cutoff.
So please take care about it.

Hey! Hi Usha.
As per previous year cutoffs, you need to have a rank of under 40000 to get NITs.
And as per Careers360 rank predictor, you need to have at least 95 percentile to get NITs.
