Yes you can fill the form and you have to give details as per the new marksheet you have got and you ave to fill those in your application form. If you have missed the JEE main exam for the Januray month then you can apply for it again for the April month.

You can give jee main for sure. if you have cleared your 12th with a qualifying marks. For better information you should go and visit the official website.

You should read the information broucher provided to you so that is any case you have any doubt you can get your self verified from there.

Anyway its not late. You better prepare yourself and get the april month exam clear with a good rank. Then you can join a good college accross India as JEE main is a national level exam and you can take admission anywhere in India applied that college accepts JEE main for admission.
