You haven't mentioned your stream at 10+2 level, nevertheless as per subject combinations, following are the options, choose accordingly based on your areas of interest and career goals in future.
With PCM Stream:
Engineering/ Architecture course/Merchant Navy/NDA/Railway Apprentice Exam/AME Training, CPL Training
With PCB Stream:
MBBS/BDS/BDes/BPharm/Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery/Nursing
If you're inclined towards research or teaching, you can also pursue BS-MS Dual Degree from IISER, you can appear for NEST or for that matter admission in IISC for integrated five years course in science and in future you can qualify for NET/SET.
In the field of commerce/management: BBA/BBS/BMS/Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary,Certified Financial Planner, Certified Management Accountant etc.
Other equally good options are BHM/BJMC/Integrated Law(5 years)/BElEd/Fashion Designing

There are many options to opt after 12th you can join the courses in which you are interested and have a great knowledge.
Talking about after 12th I would personally recommend you to give the NDA entrance exams and join the defence forces as an officer. That is moslty recommend the new 12 th pass out students as the life in defence is a great life and as an defence officer you have an great salary package and a adventurous life. The NDA also make a boy into men and create great qualities in an men to lead a life and become a leader.
