Hello Kishan, Applying for doctorate courses in america requires many documents and you need to start your application well in advance about 4-5 months before admission starts. You would need GRE Scores, 2-3 Letter of recommendations, Marks card of your past studies, Statement of purpose(why you want to study in that college) and a well made CV. These are the things you need, you might need IELTS/TOEFL depending on the college you are applying.
