I accidentally upload a 10th marksheet rather than 10th certificate so i can change in correction window?

Even a 10th marks sheet is accepted in the place of 10th passing certificate. You can only change it if NTA notifies you to do so. So at this point in time, there is nothing to be worried about. But if NTA notifies you to change it, then you can correct it during the correction window. Or else you are good to go.
