Wrong category in the application form of JEE-Main 2021 can lead to the rejection of your reservation benefits and also might create some difficulties in your admission during the document verification and as you have made mistake in the same so now it is not allowed to make any correction for those two attempts as the correction windows were opened that time and then they are closed as well. No correction is allowed after closure of JEE-Main correction window. Now what you can do is just reach out to NTA help desk and make them aware with your issue, they might help you with this issue :-
