First of all there's no upper age limit for NEET as of now, so age is not a factor here for appearing in NEET.
Eligibility Criteria for NEET is based on PCB aggregate only against each category mentioned below-
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
If you satisfy this criteria, you can go ahead for appearing in NEET.
