i am 12 th passout (2021) i didn't give jee exam that year so am i eligible for 2023 jee advanced after clearing mains ?

Sorry to say, but you cannot give 2023 exam for JEE Advanced.
Students who have passed their 12th for the first time in the year 2022 or 2023 are eligible to give the exam which in your case is not matching the required criteria.
