I am 12 th science and DMLT pass can I open clinical lab

No, you cannot open a DMLT lab as per the conditions of Indian Medical Council . You would need an MBBS/MD degree for this.  It can be opened by MD PATH , DPB , DCP which is done after MBBS.

Further, below are some liscence that are required to open your own pathology labs :

1. Certification from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)
2. Certification from Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
3. Registration with Shops and Establishments Act.
4. Registration with the Clinical Establishment Act.
