Hi,

Yes, you can take Biology as an additional subject through NIOS after completing Class 12 with the Non-Medical stream. Since NIOS is a recognized board, many colleges and universities do accept it for meeting the Biology requirement.

However, eligibility rules for B.Sc Nursing can vary from one institution to another. So before enrolling in NIOS Biology, it's a good idea to check the admission criteria of the nursing colleges you're interested in.
