I pass my 12th in 2019 with 61.2% from U.P Board,I want to apply for 12th from CBSE Board should I do 11th again also.

Hello,
I will not suggest you to go for Diploma course after class 12th...instead you should go for Btech course in Mechanical engineering branch.It has more scope in future if you study well.
