Hello Vishwajeet,

Indian Computing Olympiad is open for all the students across India, from any school board. Any student registered in any school upto class 12 during academic year 2019-2020 is eligible for the exam. Zonal informatics Olympiad is the first stage of this exam. For any further information please refer to the following official website.
