To acquire a position of Bank Manager or equivalent, you first need to complete your Bachelor's degree in any discipline with good marks. Then there are two options:
In either of the options, you need to work hard to crack the entrance exam.

- Apply for SBI PO/Clerk examination held every year and after giving your best for some years in the service, you may get promotion to your desired position gradually. Many departmental promotion exams are also held for those in service.
- Increment your educational qualifications , gain some working experience and then apply for the posts of Branch Manager which are released time to time by different banks.
In either of the options, you need to work hard to crack the entrance exam.
