Yes, you can. Except for the posts of Deputy Director of Horticulture (Class-I) and Lecturer Rural Development (Class-II), for which the age limit is 21 to 42. For rest all posts, you being 19 years of age, are eligible.

The candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years of age. Upper age limit is relaxable up to five years for the candidates belonging to the reserve categories.
