Yes, of course you're eligible because first of all there's no age limit for NEET, thereby no restriction in terms of appearing.
Candidates who have completed BSc with at least two subjects under its curriculum -Physics, Chemistry,Biology(Botany/Zoology)/Biotechnology are eligible to apply, the code is 06 for filling NEET form in this case.

I just have some doubts regarding the exam.
1. Do we have to pass BSc with any minimum number of marks to appear for NEET as I have 49% aggregate of 3 years. My combination was (Physics, chemistry, maths). Or completing graduation would do.
I have 62% in 12th(HSc)
