No, directly joining a B.Ed after 12th is not possible. The minimum eligibility for B.Ed in India is a graduation or equivalent (BA, B.Sc, B.Com or equivalent). After 12th you could take a teacher training course like D.El.Ed or B.El.Ed (integrated) if you want to start your teaching career earlier.

In India, you can't directly join B.Ed after completing 12th, because the basic eligibility for B.Ed is a bachelors degree in any specialization.
However, there are some universities/colleges that offer integrated B.Ed programmes.
You can join this after 12th.
- B.A, B.Ed (4 years) &
- B.Sc B.Ed (4 years).
These are dual degree programs with B.Ed. You can choose your specialization based on your interests.
