    Irrespective of anything if you want to get into an iit. iit bombay or iit palakkad,you must appear for iit jee/ jee advanced for it.  Prepare for jee main for one year or two. Qualify it to appear in jee advanced and then qualify jee advanced and get a decent rank. It will be purely based on your rank that you get a seat or not.
