As it is clear that Bio-technology is a disciple of engineering so for the btech course you need the give the entrances that consists of physics,chemistry and mathematics so, In your case their is no mathematics as per your info that you have provided so if the above decision is final then don't go for biotechnology and if you have option of taking mathematics in your subject then go for it.

Hello Kishan,thanks for asking this question on this platform.now as you know exam of JEE consist physics , chemistry and mathematics so maths is a mandatory subject for getting admission in any IIT or NIT For undergraduation course by any branch including biotechnology also.
But if you really want to do then you can apply for mathematics as an optional subject along with your PCB subjects.then you can get admission in any IIT or NIT with your biotechnology branch .hope this will help you thanks
