Hello Dear Student,
If you are unable to log in to the KCET 12th Marks Entry Portal and the password reset option is not working, it is most likely a technical or account-related issue that cannot be resolved by the candidate alone.
Here is what you should do:
-
Try the password reset process again using a password that meets all requirements:
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (@, #, $, etc.)
- Minimum length as specified on the portal
-
Clear your browser cache and cookies or try:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Incognito/Private mode
-
Verify that you are entering:
- The correct CET number/application number
- The correct registered mobile number and email ID
-
If the issue persists, immediately contact the
Karnataka Examinations Authority
helpdesk and explain the problem. Keep screenshots of:
- Login error messages
- Password reset error messages
- Any messages shown on the portal
-
Since marks entry deadlines are important, if the online issue is not resolved quickly, visit the nearest KEA help centre or KEA office with your:
- KCET application details
- Class 12 marks card
- Identity proof
- Screenshots of the error
Hope it helps!
