i am a candidate with qualification 10+(10+2 vocational) + diploma+ B. tech (lateral entry). am I eligible for SSC CGL? can there be any problem at the time of D. V as I haven't done 12th srandard.?

see the general eligibility criteria to appear in ssc cgl exam is candidates must have completed graduation course in any discipline from a recognized education board. however final years candidates are also eligible to apply , however they must have complete their graduation as on 01-01-2021. there is multiple positions and in some of the recruitment of positions the desirable qualifications is needed , such as assistant audit officer/ junior statistical officer .
since you have done b.tech after completing diploma you are eligible to apply.
