I am a cbse private candidate and gave jee mains in 2026 and wrote 12th appearing but i think I will fail boards as in 2027 if I write 12th appearing in jee main,again will nta reject my form? also I passed 10 in 2023 and 12 in 2027 will year gaps between 10th and 12th cause problem ?

In your case, NTA will not reject the form in 2027 provided you mark yourself as "appearing" as a private candidate if you have not cleared your board in 2026 attempt. You are also eligible to appear for the 12th board in 2027 to meet the criteria. The gap between 10th and 12th is not an issue provided you meet the minimum 75% aggregate in your 12th.
