Dear Bhoomika,

It's applicable in case of 2nd PUC students only who are giving their 12th board eams in 2018. If you are not appearing in 12th under 2nd PUC system, then click on No or else click on Yes. In case you click yes, you have to enter the student number or Registration number which you would have got from the PUE Department.
