I am a chemistry student in west bengal and complete B.Sc. Am i apply the UPSC exam?

Yes you can apply for the UPSC exam. there is no restriction for UPSC regarding your stream the only thing is you need to have a degree.
Candidates must have graduation in any discipline. Those who have appeared in their final year degree examination and results are awaited are eligible for the examination.
Candidates age should be 21 to 32 years
Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided to the following categories.
• SC/ST – 5 years
• OBC – 3 years
• Defence Service Personnel – 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen – 5 years
• ECOs/SSCOs – 5 years
• PwD – 10 years

The eligibility of the Exam are :
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st August of the year of examination if he or she is a general category student .
And the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree.
