Yes, you are eligible for AIIMS BSc Nursing only if your 12th marksheet shows Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as proper subjects and you meet the minimum marks criteria. If Biology is just an “additional” subject but still counted in your marksheet like a regular subject, you can apply; otherwise, you may not be eligible.
