Dear Priyanshi, You cannot seek admission in Rajasthan Private Medical College if you belong to Gujarat. For that matter, no matrer what State you might be from, you cannot participate in State Counsellings unless you hold domicile of that State. Karnataka is the only exception for this clause because it is an Open State. If you want an admission in Private Medical College of another State, you need to try through Management Quota and for that you need to contact the college directly.

Some states allow and some states don't allow taking admission in a private college without being a domicile.
Like UP allows admission into private colleges even though you donot belong to the same state.
MP strictly MP domicile
Himachal Pradesh is allowing other state students.
Chattisgarh is also allowing other state students.
So it depends upon the state and their policies
