Bhavya, what matters is you pass in all your 12th subjects amd score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now this is for NEET and as long as you fulfil this criteria there should be no problem. But we are yet to kniw how would AIIMS and JIPMER conduct admissions. If they would stick to NEET criteria or their own criteria. All we know for now is that AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct admissions through All India Counselling.

Hi there
You won't face any problem, this is because as per eligibility criteria to be eligible for neet you must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category and you fulfill this criteria as your aggregate in PCB is 93%.
Thus, if you clear neet examination with good marks then you can get into any medical college based upon your performance in neet examination and if you managed to score good then you can get into even AIIMS through your neet score.
Thankyou
