hello aspirant,
no, you can't appear for the the olympiad or any Olympiads organized by IAPT ,
foe exams like KVPY, you can appear the next appear, when you have enrolled in a course like BSc.
however, you can try the paper at your home when it is released, setting the time limit and then check your answers via the answer key provided later.
