I am a gen girl. I have a 7k rank. I have already dropped. I am planning to withdraw after the 2nd round to appear for the spot. Is it safe?

Dear aspirant, you have not mentioned about the name of the exam you are talking about or state to which you belongs.I assume that you are talking about JEE MAINS and also that you have dropped a year after 12 th standard. So,as per your rank it is sure that you have got any good NIT college. But,then i think it is your state exam for which you are talking because in that it is possible that you may have not been alloted with any seat. So,yes it is safe to withdraw from current round and then directly register in spot round. There is no risk in that. You should then have to reach the Institute physically and pay amount of fee which will be adjusted in college fee after allotment.
If any query, please comment or post a new query.
Hope this helps.

sorry about that! Actually there was word limit so i had to be precised. Well i was talking about UPSEE. I got JSS( the best private college that UPSEE offers) but i am looking forward to the three governement colleges which probably are the top three colleges of UPSEE. I withdrew my seat today. Was it a wise choice to make?Thank you for your reply.
