According to previous year's last ranks, here is a list of the college that you can get, which I have divided into branch wise courses and for general category.
With a rank of 14,000 you have chance to get into a good Government College as well as Government controlled engineering colleges like SCT and LBSITW. You will also get into private colleges based on previous years trends.
