Hi,

According to the previous year cut off trends of iit colleges,With 21547 rank in general category in jee advance ,you cannot get any of the IIT colleges.Still you can try for other private state colleges .

Getting a better IIT is tough to say but u can surely get a better engineering college .all the very best for the Future mate
