See with this percentile u won't be able to fetch the NITs , IIITs , GFTIs by the JOSAA allocation for pushing ur btech career in the field of ur interest. But u can apply for other state colleges and private institutions like LPU , MANIPAL , SRM for ur higher studies. U can also opt for other entrance exams like COMEDK and BITSAT for ur career and take some concession or scholarship in private colleges with ur JEE MAINS marks.

There is very less chance that you will get a good govt. btech college in general category with 41 pecentile. because for general category the cut off and competition is very high.
