For IMAT, the only additional preparation you have to do is to Start studying or reviewing. For the reasoning section, use either Critical Thinking Skills: develop effective analytical skills along with A-Levels Thinking Skills papers as optional practice.
Begin Practice Tests.
Review old IMAT exams and go through them.
