The creamy layer or the non creamy layer category depends on the income category of the parents of the student. If the candidate's earning parent (father or mother) earn more than 5 lakh rupees a year then he or she falls on the creamy layer. Otherwise it is non creamy layer.

If I fall under the creamy layer then do I still get the OBC reservation. Just the OBC one, not the OBC-NCL.

In ANDHRA PRADESH Muslim (Sheiks) will comes under category - BC E. You can be considered as OBC for jee mains exam don't worry about the category. Be confident and have faith on yourself. You will definitely get a good rank

This doesn't contain sheikh under central list. But most of my friends have entered OBC while filling their application forms, but i filled it as general. Who's right?
