With this score getting seat in government college is difficult for BAMS, MBBS or any medical course.

However you can try for private college for BAMS, BHMS, Veterinary courses you may get seat.

As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it as general.

Cut off varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.

As you have not mentioned your category in the question so we are treating you as a General candidate. Now based on your score, you will not get any Govt. medical college . But you can try in private medical colleges. But now also the counselling for all medical colleges is coming to an end. So in my viewpoint, you must give NEET again in the next year . Prepare for it and get very good marks.
