Well , according to the guidelines you can't wear such attire for your NEET exam.
But for candidates who follow a certain religion that prescribes a customary dress can appear for NEET 2021 in their customary dress.
At the time of filling the NEET form , candidates were asked whether they wish to wear the customary dress which contradicts NEET 2021 dress code,Here, if you have indicated that you wish to wear a customary dress , then you are allowed to do so, otherwise you have to go as per the guidelines for dress code. However, to help the exam conducting authority conduct the security checks smoothly, you must report at least an hour before (12:30 PM) the reporting time.
I'll advice you to wear clothes having light colour and just make sure it doesn't have embroidery , brooches or too much pattern and is simple as NTA has strictly stated its guidelines that clothes must be light in colour.
You should avoid unnecessary hassle and go for light colour clothes

As per the COVID 19 safety guidelines, candidates must wear a mask and gloves.
Dress code for female
Female candidates must also wear a mask and gloves as per COVID 19 safety guidelines set by the authority.
Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes that have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET dress code for female 2021 specified by NTA. Following the dress code of NEET 2021, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.
Jeans with big pockets and fashionable getup will generally not be allowed for females as per the NTA NEET dress code. So, female aspirants, are advised to avoid wearing jeans on NEET 2021 exam day.
It is best to avoid high heels and thick sole shoes and instead opt for sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed.
Female candidates must avoid wearing any kind of jewelry like earrings, nose rings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelet or anklets.
NOTE - Metal detectors may cause an unnecessary hassle if the metal is found on the person.
