I am a Petroleum Engineering Final Year student and now I am very confused about our career. How can grow up in our career ??

I am suggesting you with some kind of groups which are of petroleum engineer

# petroleum geologists - find hydrocarbon by analysing subsurface structure.

# reservoir engineer - work on production of oil, gas and enhanced oil recovery techniques.

# production engineer - manage interface between the reservoir and task such as sand control, artificial shift.

# drilling engineer - manage the technical aspects of drilling both production and injections wells.

I can understand your situation .As in final year it happens with most of students

I suggest you to first decide whether you want to do a job or you want to pursue masters degree.

If,you want to study further ,then my suggestion is to apply for gate (M.Tech) or CAT (MBA) and if possible do your masters from foreign universities.

If you want to do job,then start applying to various companies and if you find difficulty in finding job in your branch,then my suggestion is to learn some programming languages and start applying in it sectors.
