Yes, you can give Apicet 2019.

AP ICET Eligibility Criteria follows-

Candidates must be Indian nationals.
Candidates must have a passed bachelors degree from any of the discipline or field.
The degree should be of minimum 3 years from any recognized university or its equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 10th level.
Candidates should have at least 50 percent marks at graduation level.
In case a candidate belongs to SC/ST/reserved category, they need to have minimum 45 percent at graduation level.
The qualifying degree or the graduation degree if obtained through distance mode should be recognition by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.

Candidates who are in their final year of graduation, and or, are appearing for the final year exams are also eligible to appear for AP ICET 2018.

Age Criteria - There is no age bar to apply for AP ICET 2018 exam.
