I am a PWD category I have scored 39.6 percentile in jee mains and I have scored 300 marks in 1 2th then what are the government college eligible for me ?

Hello Aspirant.
As you've mentioned that you've scored only 300 marks in 12th which does not fulfills the eligibility criteria of pwd candidate. Hence, you won't be able to get any IIT, NIT, GFTIs through JEE main examination.
If you would have fulfilled the criteria then at this percentile you could have been able to get great government colleges with good branches.
I would recommend, either getting into private colleges or try giving more examinations such as BITSAT UPSEE VITEEE as their eligibility criteria is less than that of JEE main.
