I am a resident of West Bengal but I have an ST certificate of Bihar, will that be applicable for getting college in WB?

Dear Aspirant,
You are residing in West Bengal for seven years, with this you are not at all eligible for domicile certificate where you can only apply ifyif are residing in West Bengal for more than 10 years. Even if you are so, you won't be able to use your Bihar St certificate
